Fflwff a'r nos hwyr

Mae'n hwyr, ac mae rhieni Mair eisiau mynd i’r gwely, ond dydy Fflwff ddim gartre. Mae hi tu allan, yn chwarae yn y cae sy'n nesaf at y ty+. Mae Fflwff wedi anghofio'r amser.

"Ble mae'r gath?" mae mam Mair yn gofyn.

"Mae hi tu allan," mae Mair yn ateb.

"O wel, rhaid iddi hi aros tu allan, 'te."

Mae Fflwff yn hapus - mae'n haf a'r tywydd yn braf. Mae Fflwff wedi darganfod lle neis a ffor ac mae hi'n cysgu.

Cyn bo hir, mae'n chwech o'r gloch y bore ac mae Fflwff eisiau bwyd. Ond mae teulu Mair yn cysgu. Mae Fflwff yn ceisio’r drws cefn, ond mae e ar gau. Mae hi'n neidio ar sil ffenest y gegin, ond dydy'r ffenest ddim yn agor.

Mae stafell wely Mair yn y ffrynt, uwch y porth. Mae Fflwff yn gallu neidio ar sil ffenest y lolfa, wedyn ar do y porth. Mae hi'n crafu ar y ffenest tan mae Mair yn deffro.

"O, dere mewn, 'te!" medde Mair, yn gysglyd. "Ti’n gath fedrus!"
